As a Purchasing Assistant, you will have a varied role that includes all aspects of purchasing. You should have a good understanding of numbers, be structured, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. We value good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and place great importance on fitting into the team.

🧰Your main responsibilities are:

• Market planning
• Establishment coordinator for new stores
• Article maintenance in the business system
• Contact with suppliers and stores
• Management of purchase orders and delivery planning
• Forecast planning

👤We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong administrative skills
• Is meticulous, efficient, and communicative
• Can work independently and is used to a fast-paced environment
• Is quick on the keyboard with very good Excel skills
• Can express themselves fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license

Preferred qualifications for the position

-Previous experience in similar tasks.

-Has education and/or experience in retail/purchasing work
